Once your cancellation request is received, our team will evaluate the request based on the nature of the service and the work already completed.

  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that CBAM reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on service usage and progress.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable once they have been initiated, due to the time, effort, and resources involved. These include:

  • Custom consultancy or advisory services
  • Tailored CBAM reports or documentation
  • Any personalized, project-based, or client-specific deliverables

Once work has begun on these services, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
